RBC SOFT, one of the largest software developers in Russia, evolved from the IT Department of RosBusinessConsulting into a separate company of RBC Group in 1998.

RBC SOFT is the only representative of VeriSign, Network Solutions, AltaVista and Saba Software in Russia and the CIS. RBC participates in the Intel e-Business Solution Provider Program and IBM's Partnerworld for Software Program. RBC SOFT is TUV certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards.

The company develops and effectively implements IT software products, provides turnkey solutions (e-Business, CRM), offers a wide range of Internet solutions and consulting services for operators in virtually all areas of business and industry.

More than 800 specialists work for RBC. At least 250 of them are skilled engineers, programmers, designers, analysts and consultants.

In April 2002 RBC implemented Russia's first domestic IPO on main Russian stock exchanges MICEX and RTS.
